Privacy Policy

iTalent Sports LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Fergus mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and your choices. Fergus is built with a strong preference for collecting as little as possible — there are no user accounts, no login, and no personal information required to play.
Information We Collect
Fergus does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. The following limited data is collected:
Anonymous App Identifier. The App generates a random, anonymous identifier stored on your device. It is not derived from your device's hardware or advertising identifiers, is not tied to your name, email, or any other personal information, and cannot be used to identify you personally. Deleting the App deletes it; a reinstall generates a brand-new one. It is used solely to record your votes (thumbs up / thumbs down) on individual cards and to verify purchases as described below.
Card Votes. When you vote on a card, the App records which card, your vote, and the time of the vote, associated only with the anonymous identifier above.
Purchase Information. If you make a purchase within the App (such as an Add-on Deck, Themed Edition, or Power Pack), the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store. Our in-app purchase provider, RevenueCat, maintains purchase records under an anonymous purchaser identifier so your purchases can be verified and restored. To securely deliver purchased content, our servers (Google Firebase) verify each purchase and keep a record of the transaction and the anonymous identifier it belongs to. We never receive your name, email, or payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple.
Player Name. On first launch, you're asked for a name to personalize your in-app scorecard. This name is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
What We Don't Collect
Fergus does not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or any advertising identifier. The App contains no third-party advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How We Use Information

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
Third-Party Services
Fergus relies on the following services, each of which processes the limited data described above on our behalf, subject to their own privacy practices:

Data Retention
Anonymous voting and purchase-verification records are retained as long as necessary to provide the App's features (for example, so a purchase can keep being verified). Because this data isn't tied to your identity, we have no practical way to locate records belonging to a specific person. Everything stored locally on your device — your player name, your local identifier, and your card inventory — is deleted when you delete the App.
Children's Privacy
Fergus is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below so we can address it.
Your Privacy Rights
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, or another region with privacy laws, you may have rights regarding personal data (such as access or deletion). Because the limited data Fergus collects is not linked to your identity, we may be unable to fulfill requests that depend on identifying you — but we're happy to help however we can; just contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
