Frequently Asked Questions
I bought something before, but it's not showing up on my new phone. What do I do?
Open Fergus, go to the Store tab, and tap Restore Purchases. This reconnects your past deck purchases to the app using your Apple ID — no account or login needed.
Do Power Pack cards transfer to a new phone?
Power Pack cards live on the device where you opened the pack — think of them like physical cards in your bag. Decks you've purchased can always be restored on a new phone with Restore Purchases, but unused Power Cards don't move between devices. This is noted before every pack purchase.
I bought a deck but it says it’s still downloading.
Themed decks download their cards the first time you own them, so they need a moment of signal. If it’s stuck, tap the deck in the Store to try again once you’ve got a bar or two. Your purchase is safe either way — it’s only the cards that are waiting.
Does Fergus save my scores or history between rounds?
Fergus doesn’t keep a history of past rounds — each new round is its own fresh start. It does hang on to a round you’re in the middle of, though. If you close the app, or your phone shuts it down in your pocket, open Fergus again within 24 hours and you can pick the round back up exactly where you left off.
Can I play with friends who haven't bought the same decks I have?
Yes. Each player's purchases live on their own device — everyone can draw from whatever decks they personally own, even if that's different from person to person.
Is Fergus available on Android?
Not yet — Fergus is currently iOS only. An Android version may come in the future.
Why did I redraw a card, and can I get it back?
Redrawing is meant to be a group decision, not a single tap — see our How It Works page for the full explanation. Redrawn cards stay in the deck and can still come up again later in the same round.
I found a bug, or something looks wrong. How do I report it?
Email us at mm@italentco.com with a quick description of what happened — screenshots help a lot if you have them.
